Dedicated and engaged leaders to help brainstorm, secure sponsors and items needed, make decisions, and lead the efforts.​

 

Santa Rosa County High School Champions, Community and Organization Liaisons

Principals, Guidance Counselors, Social Workers, Church Leaders, and other related roles to connect us with students in need. 

 

Street Teams

To get the word out on social media and with friends, businesses, associates and fellow parents about our dress and accessory drives.

Business Sponsors

To fund or supply our suit/tuxedo rental vouchers, and formal wear retailers to help discount those rentals for qualifying students.

Personal Shoppers

Work one on one with our recipients to help them choose the dress.

Inventory Organizers

  • There are a few tasks under the umbrella of this job. A dress organizer will keep the racks of dresses replenished and organized and also return steamed and packaged dresses to the recipients. An accessory organizer will ensure that the stock of Jewelry and Shoes remain organized.

Dry Cleaning

Seeking Dry Cleaners who would discount or donate cleaning services for dresses that need to be cleaned.

Accessories Consultant

You will be a Personal Consultant to each of our recipients helping them select shoes and jewelry for the dress they've selected. Working in the accessories department requires a significant amount of getting up & down.

Hospitality & Welcome

There are a few tasks under the umbrella of this job. This position is located in the waiting rooms - keeping refreshments replenished and fellowshipping with recipients and their families.

Alterations

Please help make our dresses fit for a princess. You do not need to be an alterations expert but do need to have some experience. You are required to bring your own sewing machines and basic supplies.

  • Minor repairs on any dresses needed prior to events (on your own time)

Beauty Bar Consultants

​This position is for professional hair stylists and make-up consultants. The Beauty Bar is located in the waiting room and you will demonstrating prom hair styles & make-up techniques for waiting recipients.  We ask that each Beauty Bar Consultant brings any needed supplies.

Photography

This position is for professional photographers to document the Project Formal Experience through a photojournalistic lens. Please provide your own camera and equipment. Backdrops for portrait photography are not needed.  Photos will be given to Project Formal in digital format, no printing is required.
